For more than 20 years, Alex Neir has helped Denver families buy and sell homes through every kind of market this city throws at them. He started in 2004, before Central Park was even called Central Park, and he has been advising clients through booms, corrections, rate spikes, inventory droughts, and the strange seasons in between ever since. Two decades in one market does something useful: it removes the guesswork.
